With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and certifications in nutrition and health coaching, I’ve developed a comprehensive approach to fitness that focuses on long-term results. I specialize in strength training, endurance training, functional fitness, and sports nutrition, with a special emphasis on developing personalized plans for each client.

As a native Spanish speaker who has lived and worked in both Latin America and Europe, I understand the importance of adapting coaching to meet diverse needs and backgrounds.
