BioFitness has always been a passion for me because I was a competitive gymnast for 13 years and I am also currently a dancer. I also coached gymnastics for several years, improving endurance, flexibility, strength, and mental toughness. This background has also allowed me to strongly value building a solid foundation with correct form while strength training. I specialize in mobility, conditioning, heavy lifting, extensive core work & athletic training. (I will definitely challenge you!) Aside from assisting many clients in weight loss and gaining muscle, I have also had to lose weight and gain muscle myself leading to an entire body recomposition, so I understand the journey and want to make it a positive one for my clients as well. I understand the desire to be comfortable and confident in your own body, and I love helping people achieve this! I also have my Bachelors in Social Work so I come from a mental health framework, and can help you develop a sustainable and enjoyable relationship with food and exercise. My ultimate goal is to help you achieve overall wellness!
