Bio

Alexis has been training for close a decade with clients ranging from 8-80. She takes a holistic approach to health/wellness and believes that training programs should be as unique as each client. Her background in Russian Ballet, Psychology, and Bodybuilding help her to devise comprehensive sessions and fitness programs. On top of a plethora of fitness certifications, Alexis has a B.S in Psychology and is currently working on her Master’s in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership. She is compassionate, team-work-oriented, and communicative, and would be honored to help you reach your goals!
