BioThank you for taking a look at who I am. I am an adventure loving, dancing, sports and fitness fanatic. Actually I am currently getting into boxing, so a lot of the type of training that I like to partake in deals more with improving performance, aka as being faster, stronger, and producing the most optimal movement based on your goals. I definitely am someone that like to switch things up and make it fun as well, so as long as it works efficiently, am always looking to reach new heights and keep it feeling fresh!
