BioWith a lifelong passion for swimming and fitness, I’ve been immersed in the world of athletics since the age of three. My journey began as a competitive swimmer, later expanding into open water swimming and coaching by the time I was 14. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others build confidence and strength in and out of the water. For over a decade, I’ve been teaching swim lessons, lifeguarding, and leading Red Cross-certified courses in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid. My expertise extends beyond aquatics—I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and aqua aerobics coach, specializing in working with athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, those with disabilities, and elderly clients looking to stay mobile. My training philosophy is simple: results should be rewarding and fun. I believe in creating an engaging, motivating environment that helps clients push their limits while enjoying the process. Whether I’m coaching young athletes as they learn how their bodies work, supporting weight loss journeys, or guiding seniors in maintaining mobility, my goal is always the same—keeping people healthy, strong, and moving for life.
