BioHey guys! I hope you’re ready to burn some fat and elevate your fitness! My background is mainly in coaching Boxing, & strength & conditioning. Age & experience DO NOT matter. 95% of the people that I’ve trained were beginners, business people, celebrities, actors, ect. I myself am also an actor who actually just completed my first speaking role in an upcoming film called “Unstoppable” starring Jennifer Lopez & produced by Matt Damon & Ben Affleck.
