Bio

Hi, I’m Kris Lawrie.I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I spent most of the time between the Inglewood and South Central area. I started my fitness journey through different after school sports programs and became a three-sport athlete in high school {Gardena Serra High School) and later played basketball in college at El Camino College and Colorado State-Pueblo. After college, I used my years of training to help friends and family begin their fitness and weight loss journeys. Now a qualified personal trainer, I work hard to create programs that take advantage of where you are today and your base fitness while working on improving nutrition for better long-lasting results.
